Chopstick Hammah!

Ken Bova was recently here in North Carolina and did workshop at Pullen Art Center in Raleigh. He taught how to make these adorable little homemade riveting hammers with a nail and chopstick. This is one I made. I'm currently pestering Ken to teach this more! Especially at Adorn Me, or Artfest or Bead & Button. I KNOW you folks would eat these up! And Ken is a fabulous instructor and generous, kind person... a metals rocks star!

I would TOTALLY take this class! You could even paint/alter the chopstick to make it shnazzier :)
Your FB message got lost in translation for a bit, but is over at Larry's office. I'll make sure you hear back from them this week! Mom had a BLAST in your class (I did too of course, but I'm pretty sure I told you at least a hundred times).

I love this little hammer. Is it hard to make. So cute. And it actually works too?

oh sorry not hard to make! In fact we kind of messed one up and salvaged it. It ended up one of the coolest ones! It was my friend Mary's so I might have to copy it.
