Lost Generation

I loved this because I get so tired of some of the slack, loser kids I have to teach at CFCC. This rearranged my perspective and made me appreciate those that aren't apathetic, and who do care and try.

Hello Melissa, I am so glad I refound your blog. I needed this today. While I had signed up for your classes at ArtFest, this year I am unable to travel... maybe next time. Your work makes me smile, and this Lost Generation made me cry tears of joy when it reversed.
Thanks and keep up this great work.
I'm rooting for you.

That's a great video. The way it reversed towards the end was completely unexpected. More and more of us young people are tiring of the lies we've been fed by false standard enforcers (the entertainment media, for one.) We're all starting to realize that apathy and materialism only leads to unhappiness. Principles, empathy, family, and an appreciate for this wonderful Earth are the real necessities. Simplicity is key.

Thanks for posting this Melissa. Very inspiring. I've been looking for touchstones and this is one I can use to remind me that the young are not a lost generation. - Penelope
